Copacabana Beach


Copacabana is an elegant city of Rio de Janeiro. Located on the south side of town, is one of the city's most famous beach in Brazil is a crescent-shape being dubbed Princess of the Sea because of its poetic aura, famous since the 1930s. The district has resulted in many songs, books, paintings and photographs, turning tourist reference in Brazil. The neighborhood is bordered by Lake, Ipanema, Botafogo and Rudder.
Copacabana attracts a large number of tourists to its more than 80 hotels, which are especially full during the time of New Year's Eve and Carnival. At year end, the traditional fireworks display which can be enjoyed by everyone on the beach is a festival that attracts a crowd of people, tourists or not. The edge is still in place various events such as national and international concerts during the rest of the year.
