Boa Viagem beach

The beach of Boa Viagem is a Brazilian beach, located in Salvador, about 12 km south of downtown. It is the Church of the Good Voyage built during the eighteenth century. Famous mainly for being the arrival point for the Maritime Procession of Bom Jesus dos Navegantes, what happens on the first day of the year, this beach is the Church of the Good Journey, built in the eighteenth century. The sea has calm waters and few and weak waves, and suitable for water sports. The sands are golden, and though narrow, shelter tents that serve typical snacks. Currently, the area is very popular for those who like to admire the beautiful view of the city and the Bay of All Saints and also the diversity of seafood found in local bars and restaurants.

Boa Viagem beach

Boa Viagem beach is the most famous city of Recife. It is approximately seven kilometers (7 km) long, located in the district of Boa Viagem, is bounded by Pina beach on one side and the beach of Piedade another. Most of the Boa Viagem beach is protected by a natural barrier reef, which gave the town its name.

Description

At low tide, they form several natural pools along the beach, also during low tide, you can walk on the reefs, which are relatively flat and wide (but slippery). When the tide rises, the reefs are completely covered by water.
