Carnival in Sao Paulo

The Carnival of São Paulo is a traditional celebration carnival held every year in Sao Paulo. The parade of samba schools in Sao Paulo is the Anhembi Sambadrome, designed by renowned architect Oscar Niemeyer, who also designed the Sambadrome of the sambodrome in Rio de Janeiro. The Special Group parade of samba schools of São Paulo happens on Friday and Saturday of carnival week.
