Waterfall Taboões

Located 4 km from the Sanctuary, as part of the access road to the College, and party signaled track, the waterfall can be visited also by bicycle. At the meeting of the streams and Taboões Caraga, there are several natural pools that offer the possibility of showers. The waters that fall between the large stones forming natural waterslides, and are transparent with light colored coke due to organic matter. One should beware of the region because the stones are very slippery. The surrounding vegetation is characterized by rocky outcrops and savannah fields on the right bank of the creek and dense forest on the left bank.
